(TCPL) formerly known as 'M/S MANOHAR SINGH & SONS' is a name in the building and construction industry synonymous with alacrity and quality.  This company had a very modest beginning just three decades ago by an experienced, qualified engineer, dynamic personality, Mr. Manohar Singh Pannu.  It is primarily due to his indomitable spirit, relentless efforts, missionary zeal & vigor that the company which started with, has flourished into such an exclusive and distinguished construction group. Now with the blessings of Mr. M.S. Pannu the company is managed by Mr. Harpreet Singh Pannu. 

The active Partner in the Company is a young, versatile, Computer /Electrical Engineer from University of Florida, USA, Mr. H.S. Pannu.  With a vast experience in Marketing, Sales, Management, he is an asset to the Company.

Mr. H.S. Pannu is CEO & Managing Director in a premier Group of Companies “M/S TREND CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD.”, “M/S TRENDZ INDIA & “PANNU TIMBER”. Part of TREND GROUP, having undertaken and most successfully completed numerous prestigious projects, under the same management.  Also, served as Vice President in “M/S NETEDGE CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD.” With his vide experience in different industries he is the right blend of knowledge and experience that can help any company to progress in the right way.

The rapid growth of the Company has been phenomenal, primarily because its management is a rare amalgam of skilled technocrats, astute construction managers and dedicated professionals, who take pleasure and pride in their job.  Every construction project of the Group carries an indelible hallmark of quality and eye for detail.  The group is planning to spread its wings further in the construction field and also diversify into other lines.
